Dr. Sriprakash delivered a keynote lecture on concentrated growth factor (CGF) at the ISPRP 2017 preconference course held on August 25th, 2017 in Chennai. He also performed a live demonstration of regenerative procedure.
Dr. Sriprakash delivered the lecture at the invitation of the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics and the Department of Periodontics of the Tamilnadu Government Dental College and Hospital, Chennai.
Dr. Sriprakash attended the Geistlich Biomaterials CE program held in Chennai in July 2016. The program covered two topics: ‘Soft and Hard Tissue Management / Surgical Technique and Flap Design’ and ‘Sinus Lift Procedure and Complication Management’. Among other activities, Geistlich Pharma, a Swiss company, specialises in biomaterials for use in regenerative dentistry.
In recognition of his significant expertise in the specialized field of implantology, Dr. Sriprakash was one among the 13 doctors who were chosen for award of the prestigious Fellowship of the Indian Society of Oral Implantologists (ISOI) by the ISOI at its 22nd National Conference held in 2015 at Mangalore
Dr. Sriprakash attended the Nobel Biocare Symposium held at Goa during April 17-19, 2015. Among other events, the symposium featured several practical sessions on implant sessions where dentists were given hands on experience with the latest advancements and technologies in this specialized field.
Dr. Sriprakash with Dr. Ioannis Georgokopoulis at the 21st National Conference of the Indian Society of Oral Implantologists (ISOI), Chennai, 2014, of which Dr. Sriprakash was member of the organizing committee. Dr. Georgokopoulis of Greece is the President of WAGroFSCD (World Academy of Growth Factors & Stem Cells in Dentistry) and a specialist in Concentrated Growth Factor (CGF) blood precipitate.
Dr. Sriprakash made a presentation on the topic ‘An Update in Dental Field’ at St. Isable’s Hospital in Chennai under the aegis of the Indian Medial Association, Chennai South and Nobel Biocare.
